Aunty B's version is light on the spice to accommodate one child in the family that doesn't take chilli. (I know right? Singaporean but doesn't eat chilli?!? Sacrilege!) We have this dish every now and then when we have to turn up the fancy and feel like we are dining out.
Boneless Chicken Thigh seasoned with a light dusting of curry powder, salt & pepper. Sometimes, we use ready made Briyani seasoning on the chicken and the bismati rice to give a more rounded taste.
