BANH MI WRAP

Wraps are always an excellent lunch option. They are super easy to make, plus you can fill it with anything and still end up having a delicious lunch that doesn't yell "leftovers here!"

This wrap is inspired by my fav Vietnamese dish, Banh Mi - A Light enough option for lunch and full of asian flavour, Banh Mi is south east asia's answer to a regular 'western' sandwich with it's inclusion of spring onions, sliced green chilli (if you like it spicy) and warm meat.
