simple dishes for those lazy days
These days, I find myself joining the throngs of people buying their vegetables from the wet market. Maybe I'm imagining things, but I feel that the choices there are now far wider than before, and that the vegetables are a lot fresher and not to mention, cheaper! Maybe it's the wet market that I'm going to and correspondingly, the supermarket that I frequent. Either way, the wet market is where I'm at these days. Today, I found a bunch of Giant portobello mushrooms and as I always say, if you can imagine it, you can make it.
Serve it as a side to steaks, chicken chops or even as a main for light eating days, you're sure to enjoy the rich flavor of the garlic and mushroom infused rice and of course, the mushrooms themself!
