Boil one Russet Potato

Boil one small carrot cut into tiny cubes

Boil one Hard Boiled egg

Grate cooled egg

Mash Potato

Combine and season with a ittle salt

Add enough Mayonnaise to hold salad together ( about 1 part Best Mayo to 2 parts Japanese Mayo)
