I first tasted this family favourite in Nashville, Tennessee a few years back. I thought I had discovered a new brand on the market and was all excited to share the details. Turns out, Nothing Bundt Cakes has been around for about 20 years! Since 1997 to be exact. Is it the cake? Or the icing? Or the combination of both? Whatever it is, it IS addictive! My favourite flavour? Pumpkin and Lemon. Oh, who am I kidding! I love 'em all!
