Opera by CIEL PÂTISSERIE


In true traditional French pastry technique, this French style Joconde sponge is layered with a dark chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream, and finished with a chocolate glaze. This cake is available as a whole cake.


When the Founder and Patissier of the bakery is trained at the renowned French Culinary Arts School, Le Cordon Bleu Paris and graduated with a Diploma in Pâtisserie AND completed an apprenticeship with Fauchon, Paris, you know for a fact that every French based cake, tart and baked goods at Ciel Pâtisserie is sure to be gorgeous and gorgeously delectable. CIEL Pâtisserie strictly follows the French and European techniques, so it's no surprise that her hordes of fans and customers have been coming back for more.
