That's right! No more having to trek down to the famous Swedish furniture store to enjoy this Singapore favorite. The beauty of this Fried Chicken Wing is that it's tasty, simple and goes very well with rice, potatoes or pasta or whatever your carbo staple is. Perfect!


Step 1 : Marinade Wings with Soya Sauce, Ginger Juice (grated and squeezed), Oyster Sauce, finely grated Garlic, Salt and Pepper. Best if you leave it in the fridge to marinade overnight for a full flavored Fried Chicken Wing.

Step 2:

Take out of fridge and bring to room temperature before frying. Deep fry on medium to low fire till golden brown and cooked through.

Step 3: DIG IN !
