I love it when Aunty B cooks lunch. I feel like I'm back in my childhood, having lunch before going off to afternoon school. Lunch was usually reheated leftovers from the night before. Back in the day of course, before the advent of microwave ovens, I had to heat up a Kwali of water to steam hot my food. Then you'd use this pliers/pincer device to lift it out of the kwali and onto your table.
Today's lunch is in keeping with that leftover theme. Yesterday's Beef Bulgolgi, Steamed Cauliflower, fried with fresh noodles with some tomatoes and eggs thrown in to seal the deal. It's like a brand new dish!
