This super easy recipe is the perfect weekend brunch food. Dust with Icing Sugar and top with fresh fruits and Maple Syrup. Wow!

Let's get started shall we?

  1. 6 Large Eggs

  2. 1 Cup Plain Flour

  3. 1 Cup Milk

  4. Dash of Salt

  5. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • Preheat Oven to 218°C

  • Pour all ingredients into Blender

  • Blend till combined

  • Melt 5 TB butter in a 9"x13" metal pan in oven till melted and slightly golden brown. Tale care not to burn butter

  • Remove from oven and pour batter into pan

  • Bake for 22 to 27 minutes till golden brown and puffy

  • Serve with a generous dusting of Icing Sugar

  • Add your choice of topping like fresh fruit, chocolate chips, maple syrup, custard, fresh cream, preserves. Anything that will make you smile.
