Sweet, savoury, and good enough as a light lunch with a slice or two of a hearty grain or nut based bread.
Cut away skin from pumpkin.
Cut into cubes.
Fry a little onions till soft.
Add some chopped garlic.
Add pumpkin cubes and fry till fragrant.
Add water and a little chicken stock.
Boil till pumpkin is soft.
Cool down and blend till smooth.
Heat up when ready to eat and Enjoy!
