PUMPKIN SOUP

Energy, Nutrition, and Taste. All that, in one bowl of Freshly made Pumpkin Soup.

Sweet, savoury, and good enough as a light lunch with a slice or two of a hearty grain or nut based bread.

  • Cut away skin from pumpkin.

  • Cut into cubes.

  • Fry a little onions till soft.

  • Add some chopped garlic.

  • Add pumpkin cubes and fry till fragrant.

  • Add water and a little chicken stock.

  • Boil till pumpkin is soft.

  • Cool down and blend till smooth.

  • Heat up when ready to eat and Enjoy!
